CREAT believes that consumers have the right to Good Governance, in addition to other rights like right to safety, right to information, right to redress etc. The realisation of these rights depends on the quality of governance. Hence CREAT is involved in campaigning for Good Governance. Under this area of work, CREAT is concentrating on the following three issues
